When I was a little girl, I would pout and refuse to wear any dresses which have checkered patterns spread across them. Although young, I did not want to be seen clad in giant chess board look alike dress or something which resembles my grandma's table cloth which never seemed to go out of style for her, she would diligently change the colour of the cloth on every eve of chinese new year - red, yellow, orange and many many more colours.
But now, funny to think that these checkered boxes is the most sought after design for vintage lovers!

Don't you just luuuurve how she pairs the bright red leggings with a mustard-orangy coat? It's one my favs from LookBook. Oh yeah, if you don't know what LookBook is all about, you must check it out at http://lookbook.nu/. It's where you will find real people with real fashion...totally awesome and definitely not one of those runway copycats.
And if you are one of those gals who dig checkered vintage dresses, these are just what you will need *wink*
Maybe Bangsar again? Maybe we will give it a shot in Subang SQ? Curve? Oh, I have a briliant idea (at least I think it is a rather briliant one :P) which is to organize a junk sale right in front of my house...obviously that will not happen, not unless I feel like freaking out my parents and giving Peanut Butter a chance to slobber up everyone. So yeah, I guess for now I will need to think of the possible bazaars which A Fish can go where no parents will freak, no excessive saliva from Peanut Butter and with lotsa lotsa happy people shopping for happy things...YAY!
But where??? O_o
Any ideas? Anyone? Help me out here and leave me some comments. In time like this, I reckon more brains will work better compared to the one sad brain I am depending on...which is kinda sluggish now (imagine => looks kinda green and slimy). Well, if you are shy, then PM me on bloggerunited or email me >.<
And before I forget, to all Muslim friends, have a wonderful HariRaya and non-Muslim ones, enjoy this looong lovely weekend ya!
I will try not to make this sound like an award speech ya >.<
But Thank You Thank You and Thank YOOOOUUU for making it happened last weekend. For those who came all the way to show some love and support...as lame as it may sound, no words can describe how much it meant to me *sniiff*...REALLY...and for those who came just to say *HI*...you guys rock too!
You know how it feels when you think that one phase of your life ended and another one begins, you are quite certain that you will have a different path and you will pretty much move on, make new friends...let the whole cycle thingy begins? Well last weekend's bazaar has proved me wrong indeed, people whom I think will never cross my path again, not only did they turn up, but they were also being so supportive at what I am doing and I even closed some sales from them (Yesh I gave discounts ahahaha). To me, this is effort, no matter if they are living in town, around the corner of Bangsar mall or are just 2 miliseconds walk away.
